Initial Comments:An off- site follow up survey completed on October 30, 2023, found that Vitacare Home Health, Inc. had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 42CFR, Part 484, Subparts B &;; C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was the result of a Medicare recertification survey completed on August 23, 2023.

An offsite follow-up survey completed October 30, 2023 found that Vitacare Home Health, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite state re-licensure survey completed August 23, 2023.
